Long story short, work is slow coming back, I'm going to take early retirement, find some part time work and keep cracking on with the game.

I deleted the game and re-extracted the files and it worked without the mod installed. May be an issue with the mod.

When did Kari become such a whore? She was blushing bride a minute ago, now selling herself backdoor, getting fisted, giving herself to gangs for a few bucks and never even ashamed of it?
What's deal of Aria?
How does MC accept Kari fucking bunch of strangers while trying to have a kid?
Why does not our choices have no effect on story? Like I offered exclusive relationship to Lois and when MC fucking other girls she does not say anything?
Why does Lois suddenly become stupid?
What's happening in the main storyline? Seems like we have forgotten entirely, though it's to be expected with so many LIs.
What's the deal of Cassie? MC offered him a place then she suddenly started to live in a drug den but wanted to come back to MC's apartment.
What was the weak ass explanation of Suzie? She got pregnant then ran away, from what? How come she is thinking having an abortion without asking to father, then marrying someone else is an explanation? Why did not MC have any reaction to that?
Why did MC refused Kayla? Was not it our choice to choose who would be an LI?
What's the deal of Kiki? If she was okay with everything Aiden did, then why did she was against his groping to the degree of losing her job?
What happened to UK front, did Albanian mafia just forgot MC cutting their main source of income?
Why did Shae send Chloe, if she is desperate for people she can trust? If UK was that dangerous, why does MC okay to send Aria?
What's the deal of the cult?
How did Randy survived then ran off?
What's the deal of Pete? And Jacqui? How did MC forgiven such a big backstabbing and even invited him to a bbq?
Where is the cop lady?

Even though I'm not on that path with Kari, I'd agree that her whoring herself out in the back room of the restaurant proooobably shouldn't be compatible with the 4-sisters-pregnancy arc. In fact, it's strange at all that you'd be able to get on that path with Kari having the "whore" status. Perhaps that's something the Dev should address.

Well, yes, you have a point there, but have in mind that the latest content is for those which like seeing her corrupted or don't like her at all, (logical reasoning here, don't follow Dr Greenfields plan) No sisters, Lois at your side and Kari just a random girl, as roomie (you can fuck the hell out of her) or Escort to entertain your business partners.

Aria a complicated one. She is however Kari's best friend, regardless of any interaction you have with her as the MC. I've not played the current update, however prior to this, all interaction with her (and her/Kari) could be avoided.

Story reasons I guess...I'm hopijng the sisters will all have their own route at some point. Many of us are.

That wasn't that long ago...ongoing story/plot we have not had a resolution for yet.

Chloe is being sent out of the way. it actually annoys me we have no s ay in Aria leaving (and minor annoyance that even if we don't employ her, we still get that conversation. That is something that needs reworking imo.

Cult shiz dude...(another plot line that's gone nowhere yet. All those girls have full variables and flags in the code though.

Pete an asshole..but MC does say cos old friend they can get past it. if was me, I'd fporce Pete to pick legal rep or board...conflict of interest there imo...do one or the other matey...then fuck off and never speak to me again. Jaquie btw..has no variables or flags in the code. She is not a potential LI (neither is Jess btw for the record)

So there ya go. I love this VN...but it does have siome issues. That's not doing Togs a disservice imo. It has way too many unresolved or unfinished plots going on...the story is currently, a little all over the place...and things that were discussed/agree'd upon almost 2 months ago in the game, still have no happened....that's all fact, not opinion.

Hopefully, given Togs recent post...a lot of these will start to get resolved. As for the actual story...well, I'm not actually too sure if there is one...move back, become CEO...aaannnd...yeah...that was the remit...done! lol.

Nuh uh, I do see an issue. She has a shy personality, at least she had. Whoring herself from that point without an character arc is just bad writing. What was the thing with Randy then? Why did not she even considered to kiss him to keep him on her good side, if whoring herself is that easy to her? Also getting fisted by Aria can happen on her love path too. All you have to do accepting her to be with Aria. When I chose that option, I thought they were going to kiss or something not whole fisting stuff. Saying she is changed between lines is not a good way to story progress.

I love this VN too mate, that's why I wrote about it. If I did not care I'd just skip it and move on. Characters changed without proper progress, things happening without any explanation, MC just accepts whatever they throw at him, story is all over the place which is btw what I meant by mess I feel like it does not follow any rules and things happen because.

I hope it'll go back on track and these will be all about my lack of understanding, I really enjoyed the game up until recently but with last a few updates, I really don't get it.

I'd agree with you but frame it in the reverse order (as you described in your second sentence). The issue to me isn't that Kari is whoring on a pregnancy path, it's that any kind of sex/pregnancy is available on her "I'm not interested in you path."

It's frustrating how freely here the relational side is separated from the sex side.

Having played all paths of update now, reading the dialogue during Kari "whore" path - it's obvious this is supposed to be her going crazy after gettting rejected by you, and desperately wanting to get attention.

This actually makes perfect sense if the "still has sex with mc part" i mentioned above is removed.

That is, a shy personality girl who got rejected by a guy she really wants badly - to see her go off the deep end is entirely realistic writing. I think bad writing would be the alternative to this, that a shy introverted girl would get rejected by the guy she loves and react by sitting at home, doing nothing, pining for him.

If the MC rejects Kari then she shouldn't be involved in the 4-sisters pregnancy path. At that point, her seeking out someone else would be understandable.
However, if Kari being involved in the 4-sisters pregnancy path is required, then I don't think she should be able to sleep around, at least without foreknowledge and consent by the MC.
This really just seems like a bit of an oversight by the dev. I don't blame him with there being so many permutations of how things can go in this game.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's confused by this game. For the most part I think this is a fun game and I'm not expecting the Greatest Story Ever Told. In fact, I'm a little tired of games that take their stories painfully serious. But TR feels like it's just getting sloppy. I have a hard time keeping up with all of the characters, their motivations, and the consequences of my choices. When the ex-girlfriend showed up I was honestly confused if this was someone that I was supposed to remember and have strong feelings over. Kari and her sisters just get more confusing the more I play.

All in all I think this has been a fun ride, bu if I were to make a suggestion to Togs it would be to wrap the game up. I think we're at the point of diminishing returns. I don't know how many more updates he'd need, or how long it would take, but I think it's time to start looking for the exit strategy.

Agreed with both. Should either be mutually exclusive, or not forced. Though I havent played that route fully to test if that's the case, I'll try that right now.

EDIT- so I'm a little more sympathetic to those complaints after flying through these reject Kari paths. Both the following screens show up without condition checks, which is confusing.

Furthermore, either answer only affects her confidence/sluttiness, neither sets status or relationship. So yeah, it would be misleading for a player on that path. Though I still maintain what I said earlier, I've no idea why anyone WOULD BE on that path.

The ex Girlfriend, and MC first love, she apeared in the update before this one suddently in the office, in this update you have the choice to make her "friend with benfits if you like" and more background story is deliverd as why she left and married another guy, (now divorced)
