In this version, the 3rd option for girl cop with dog is changed. Before, the 3rd option shows if your fetishes level is more than 3 but now, it must to have the fetishes level more than 3 + DLC.
You can see "DLC" in the console but if you enable it. It shows the error "not find label". It means the cop with dog is an add-on... (before it was included in the game)

In the old version, you must have the fetishes level more than 2 (and not 3) and not "DLC".
And you have the scene for 3rd option.
But now, in this new version, the scene for 3rd option is removed and it requires to have DLC add-on...

I'm sure this VN going backwards at times...or 2 steps forward and 3 back. I mean, I could perhaps, maybe, understand removing the scene and putting that behind something..but one choice? Wtf... *shakes head*
Needing DLC for anything is a total WTF move on the devs part. People HATE that but will put up with it from AAA studios...

That was explained in a recent update (depending on path): She's a grass, in witness protection.
