Yeah... what you said is at best inaccurate and at worst outright delusional which is why both Netorase and Netori have their own individual tags included in the planned overhaul of the tag system.
Netorase (NTS), while classifiable as sharing, has distinct features from other types of sharing that warrant it's classification. After all lots of things can be called sharing ranging from threesomes to full on open relationships with regular orgies, it's the specifics that matter. NTS in particular is a fetish for being cucked. It is similar to NTR but without the humiliation factor and ultimate lose of said romantic partner.
Netori (NTI) is technically cheating, although that depends somewhat on your perspective, but again with nuiance.Specifically it is the flip side of the NTR coin where instead of getting cucked you're the one doing the cucking.
In other words saying "NTS = Sharing" and "Netori = Cheating" with the way the tag system and actual kinks work is as useless as saying 'VR = 3d Game' or 'Swinging = Sharing'; all of which are tags in the system. As to multiple pentration while blocking that would help you avoid some content involving other dudes it would also block out anything with a liberal use of toys including lesbian content which may or may not be what someone is looking to do. As a final note yes the NTR tag is currently badly abused, both by people applying it to non-romantic relationships but also cause due to the lack of the tags of NTS and NTI it typically gets slapped on a game with any of the three netotypes. Also using your own extremely vague classifications 'NTR = cheating' so it shouldn't have it's own tag either which clearly is as wrong as your other nonsense.
