Im confused, how do I play the new stories? I can still only do the first DLC with the succubus red suit girl.

You've practically been playing the latest update already. The changelog got me confused because it seems like a JP to Chinese to English MTL but basically it is indeed an update to the first DLC with that succubus girl instead of a new seperate story entirely.

I downloaded and played through the OP version and the uncensor patch, all worked fine and is safe.
It's funny, for an H-game, when the sex becomes the grindy part you just want to move past to get more story - especially for the Kotone side story.
Which isn't to say I didn't enjoy the sex minigames, especially the first time or two in each position, just that eventually I wished there was a 'use previous high score' option.
I still definitely recommend the game.

But I like the game and am glad it's still being worked on. If there're two things I'd love to see: more cruel options (e.g. forced creampies/ a rapist or mistreatment story path) and kinks. The MC talks about a bunch and there's a 'discomfort' meter in H scenes but the content hasn't gone further than basic S&M.
P.S. Some of the options in the dream world are untranslated. Also, what do the two sliders in the top left of the H scenes do (with icons of a timer and cumming).

Honestly, just look at the hints given by the stat screen, it usually tells you everything you need to know/do. And if there's no goal given yet, just raise her trust/sexual interest, release videos... The visual, and the game will tell youwhen something specific is needed.
Given the story, I honestly think more cruel options were never and never will be the focus here. But hey, the general tone and even the quite full-vanilla sex scenes suit the story pretty well.
DLCs don't have a full translation as of now, afaik.
The two sliders are for the length of time used by your actions and the duration of climax iirc, haven't played in a while.
And if I remember correctly, anal vibrator can be used in doggy, reverse cowgirl, bathroom and flatiron. But you won't usually be able to use it directly when you unlocked it in shop, you gotta ease her into accepting it (and be sure that her anus is ready for it, i.e. at least past the yellow gauge for anal penetration).
