Yeah I've got her not dressing herself properly too. I am wondering if it's a bug.
I think her shame resistance gauge is supposed to allow this state (she stops readjusting her clothes in reaction of your undressing) but not outright disheveled when she steps out of the shower/bathroom.
But who knows? Anyway more updates are underway. I am eager to the one making it easier to make her drink, it's a pain aiming at her lips.

Ive tried everything I can think of t get it to work, I followed the link for the bleeding edge build and am using the top one, pasting it into the main folder of the game then when booting up its taking forever saying [Message:InteropManager] Downloading unity base libraries

I downloaded IL2CPP x64 version of BepInEx and it works like a charm.

try rename winhttp.dll to version.dll.
try use a VPN.

Hey, I tried with your file and initially it did not work, but now im trying other resolutions and the resolution really is the culprit, look now how it looks with other resolution, the menu appear but not totally
