spent the whole day with autoclicker and cheat engine, cant figure how to unlock anal, Im also missing many items according to the screenshots, im on day 30 and is Looping
What worked for me is using the expanding drug (there are 2 of them idk which one finally makes it possible).
This expanding drug unlocks randomly? Day 45, still have only gauge enhancement drugs in the store.
