Has a Day 104 full save by default. If you wish to start from the beginning and actually enjoy the game as intended, delete or move the save file located in the game's data folder.

I think there's still some stuff unlocked unfortunately, seems to be baked into the version released here or something. I deleted the save file and it allowed me to start the prologue, but immediately after finishing the initial dialogue it unlocked every single feature of the game, back to back. Clearly this stuff isn't intended to be unlocked on day 0 when it's starts off with an unlock screen saying something like "I can now mess with her clothing, but I can't remove anything yet" and then progressively builds to unlock screens showing "Well, we're married now so sex is allowed. Here's how to do it." Just boom, boom, boom, everything's unlocked, one after another before you've even touched the game.
Then it dropped me into a scene where she's sitting at the kitchen table with a ramen cup in front of her, and there's nothing you can do except control the camera. No menus, nothing to do but spin the camera around. I feel like something's messed up here.
Then if I delete the entire save folder and launch the game, it's suddenly untranslated...
Correct.
With one caveat: some developers can have their games removed and you would no longer be able to download them.
As a side note, you only need the vpn to buy. You don't need it to download the games via the dlsite portal.

I had this problem also, updating it fixes it.
If you use the method I found in this thread with Special K, you should be able to remove mosaics without needing tools like SW_Decensor. According to predecessors I found here, this approach even runs the game more smoothly than using SW_Decensor. Since I’ve successfully done it myself, I’d like to share the detailed steps. Please feel free to point out any issues.
Prerequisites & Preparation
- Install Special K
- Go to the Special K official wiki and click Download in the left-hand Navigation menu:
You must be registered to see the links - From the downloaded Special K folder, place SpecialK64.dll into the same directory as the game’s executable (e.g., Game.exe), then rename it to either d3d11.dll or dxgi.dll so that it’s loaded as a wrapper.
- Go to the Special K official wiki and click Download in the left-hand Navigation menu:
- Confirm DirectX 11 Mode
- This guide uses features for the DirectX 11 (D3D11) API. Make sure your game is running in D3D11 mode.
- Basic Hotkeys
- Open Special K overlay: Ctrl + Shift + Backspace
- Store shader state: Click Store Shader State in the overlay
- Toggle HUD on/off: Alt + Shift + H
Step-by-Step Procedure
- Launch the game, pass the title screen, and play until you encounter the mosaicked object or texture you want to remove.
- Pause the game while the mosaic is visible.
- This is essential for identifying the correct shader.
- Open the Special K overlay by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Backspace.
- Launch Render Mod Tools
- In the overlay menu, select Render Mod Tools.
- Disable in the Vertex Shaders tab
- Switch to the Vertex Shaders tab.
- In the list, locate shaders named mosaic_shader, mossaic_shader, or similar.
- Click each relevant shader and check Never Draw.
- Repeat for all shaders with the same name.
- Disable in the Pixel Shaders tab
- Close the Vertex Shaders tab and open Pixel Shaders.
- Find the same-named shaders in the list and check Never Draw.
- Save the shader state
- Click the Store Shader State button to write your settings to d3d11_shaders.ini.
- Close the overlay and verify
- Close the overlay with Esc, the ✕ button, or Ctrl + Shift + Backspace.
- Unpause the game and confirm the mosaic is gone.
- You can toggle mosaic on/off at any time with Alt + Shift + H.
Troubleshooting
- Overlay doesn’t appear
- Double‑check that you’re pressing Ctrl + Shift + Backspace correctly.
- Verify that the game is running in DirectX 11 and that you renamed the DLL correctly (d3d11.dll or dxgi.dll).
- Check for conflicts with global injectors (e.g., SKIF’s Global Injector settings).
- Review SpecialK.log and d3d11.log for load status and errors.

Select the item, then click on her lips
Either slide the item back and forth in and out of her mouth to avoid lowering the level of her mouth, or
Slide it into her mouth and double click until the item is used up.

I beat the game mostly just normally, but there are things you can do with the cheat table that make this game so great.
