dev includes lots of stretching in their games, which is realistic at least for anal.

Is there the additional undies DLC in the latest version posted? I don't know why the DLC is region blocked on DLsite when the game is not...

Did you copy-pasted the new version straight into the old one? This is a frequent cause of issues.
I downloaded version 1.4.0 from here and installed the new version of BepInEx-Unity.IL2CPP-win-x64-6.0.0-be.738

Odd. The BepInEx I used is virtually the same, but 735 instead of 738. Haven't changed it since first release of the game, and it still work on version 1.4.1.
Maybe the problem is with the autotranslator? I'm not using that plugin, so I can't say for sure.
The thing is that on version 1.1.1 everything worked fine, but on 1.4.0 it stopped
