see this walkthrough from here on the wisdom town one, because afaik i didn't get any bug/stuck while doing the main story there like you did, all i do is just clear all the mission going to the ruins, talk to all the NPC in the 2nd area, and then leave and the story progressing into infiltrate the bandit hideout, after that it resume to the battle between bandit and the knight on wisdom town

go to the left room to get action point from the ancient device or something like that and then talk to the priestess to have sex, and you have to choose to increase her love/submission, depends on what your choice the impregnation scene will be either love/forced one, and you get new costume also when you talk to the ancient device
i have a question, is there a way to avoid NTR if im turning on the NTR option? or it will still unavoidable? just asking & if it can that means it will be my challenge lol

technically you can, but you already NTRing the priestess husband and the cow lady sooo. yeah xD
but if you mean avoid NTR on Bob to MC yeah you can, all you need to do is kept having contact with your partner

There is no challenge, just tediousness. you cannot "avoid" NTR, only delay it. hypothetically delay indefinitely but it is based on the game day timer which is poorly designed and implemented.
game is pretty buggy too.
