After unlocking all Memories at the End of the Road from the last three portals, it should be somewhere in the final accessible area. The altar for the last Xander weapon should in that area too (I think it was Xander Blade).
If you mean the Winged Symbol boss that constantly run away from players then the only choice is to prepare carefully with variety of weapons and accessories and chase after it to the north until it stops. My strat is enchanting all of my accessories with a tons of HP recovery and block accummulation. Thanks to this strat from a certain guy on Steam that I managed to defeat it. However, some of my best weapon creations were destroyed along side with other 8 accessories.
After playing for a while, players will unlock item and weapon codex. Just press C when accessing the journal.
If you step on the magic circle that teleports you to the boss' room and see no red text saying you may miss something, then you are good to go (This red text will display regardless whether you complete all events or not with ver1.03 or below, this feature were added from ver1.04 onwards.)
I know how to access the codex, but there's no simple way to unlock all of them is there? so many lore are hidden behind the rng loot drop, I want save with all the codex entries unlocked.
Did you unlock Perception yet? If you did, just gather materials and save game at the church. After that, keep forging until you manage to forge question mark weapons. There is no way to unlock all weapons except waiting for someone to post full save.
I would believe you can do precision smithing when you are on the final act, or the act before the final act
I recommend you to check Lansser's post for latest ver1.04 with some new features and bug fix. Playing with only ver1.00 might lead you to bug here and there.
I didn't know about that cuz I'm still stuck in 4th labyrinth. There are so many mobs and monster girls that it's so hard to proceed from there.
