I don't know exactly, but I think it can be done only on the first day of pregnancy, at the hospital. You can use, instead, NRAAS MasterController to end pregnancy.

Haha, well, depending on who you ask they're the same thing. Jokes aside, I don't think there's a way you can go about it beyond using nraas in this case.

I tried again and had to have an abortion on the first day of pregnancy. If the number of days was too large, it would be impossible to have an abortion.
Perhaps Cmar's Pregnancy Controller is closer to what you are looking for.

I usually use it on occasion where I don't want to wait for a baby to be born during the normal time frame, or if I want to see the details of the pregnancy.
As far as I can tell, it doesn't conflict with Kinkyworld.
Unfortunately, I haven't used the "End Pregnancy" feature since I've been using KW, so I'm not sure if that feature would break anything.

KW can go to the hospital to have an abortion, but it seems that it can't go beyond the next day. Thank you very much.
Just like in real life, it can only be aborted during the 1st trimester. In the Sims, each day is 1 trimester so it must be on the first day.

OK not sure if its a KW thing or what but whenever my Sims get naked outside of KW interactions they have the censor. I have the mod to remove the censor, it never conflicted before.

Never had a problem using NRaas Decensor. Could be some other mod plus KW that's causing it.

So about this mod... how is it features wise compared to the Sims 4? Does it have more animations? More support? Or less so than Sims 4 mods?
Kinky World (Sims 3) has more features than Wicked Whims (Sims 4), but you can add a few of them with additional mods, for example with Basemental Drugs. But from a support, performance and animations standpoint, I would say Wicked Whims is far superior. But it’s still worth checking out Kinky World for the strengths of Sims 3, for example the Open World.

[KW] Build 398
This is a very small update this time. I'm still busy with KT and had a small problem with One Drive synchronization that made me lose valuable time.
Build 398:
+Fixed: The nurse doesn't try to examine selectable students over and over when all non selectable students have been examined.
+Fixed: Teen Sims are now correctly identified as Teen when the number of days that passed since beginning of the teen age-stage is 0.
+Fixed: Sims should no longer give up when trying to route to the requested room during movie shoot situations.
+Added: New events during sleep. The events only triggers when at least one of the Sims have a specific type of dream.
