I finally updated to the latest patch (well almost forced to update since there was a sim i downloaded here made with the newer version of the game I couldn't place in my household) with a bit of hesitance and nothing seemed broken CAS wise which is a good sign. I did update all of the main mods and whatever skins was announced to be broken so hoping nothing will affect the gameplay. I haven't played the actual game yet so hoping for the best.

what offends me more is that these people then have the gall to ask money for this i dont really use there stuff but there are people who do buy there low quality stolen content and that these scams are allowed is actually vexingI think it should be common knowledge that brandysims, plastic, kiko, diversity, bipolar, jaysims, and co are all in kahoots because they do the same shit...commit highway robbery. I think its mostly CC skins that were broken which for some of us that use a bunch of em is a huge pain in the ass. Almost all the simmies I make use custom skins I made so I have to update them all. However there is now a program that does this for you. It's on Mod the Sims but idk the name off the top of my head

I wish dwp would come back because once they moved their stuff to pay sites it rarely got updated. I never even thought about paying for Patreon until pay sites stopped their monthly updates. Like I'm glad I have extra money to spend on it but what happened to sim content creators creating content just because without charging us. Lowkey feel like I be paying ppl bills with these monthly subscriptions. By the luck of Tumblr I found out about yiiff.party just for them to end up closing their site.
