Actually, it was really forgotten about, or more like, the person in question (imo) just hasn't gotten enough exposure? But they managed to play custom audio in TS4, but never really heard much from it/the concept/the person entirely in awhile. It was the same person who was working on the Multiplayer Mod.

Although they moved on from the MP mod? (And handed it off to other people at that..) They still continue their own works aside from the MP mod. Although the only one I've been aware of in all this time was the Chemistry System mod.

after i download and extracted the mods from logv40 my game is no more starting

That's very little to go on. What version of the game are you running? Are the mods compatible with that version? You have to present a little more detail to get any real assistance.
All these questions are probably gonna piss you off; but are you sure you have put the mods in the "MODs" folder in your "Electronic Arts" folder ?
EDIT:
Also, did you make sure said-mod is not buried in more than 3 folders ?
Are you sure the mod is compatible with the SIMS 4 ? With your current, owned extensions ?
What kind of file extension does "logv40" mod has ? .package ? .BLUEPRINTS ? Not all mods/content belong in the MOD folder; sometimes it's in the Tray folder.
Some even take it to playing God and want you to put their "cheap ass coded" mods inside other SIMS 4 folders.
Don't they have a "Read Me" text file ?
If a Mod is making your game crash, remove it and start the game again. See if that helps.

The game being pirated or not makes no difference.
If you mean the one that looks like a shower, it's Zorak animations. There is another one by Yrsa, but after many updates I did't find it in my game. Both of them are available in public version.
