You really cannot argue with then, they are providing a service and they can terminate it at will.
Same reason why YouTube have some rather ... "interesting" interpretations of their nebulous TOS and monetization, such as they really didnt want people talking about the COVID-19 so if you did and your video was monetized, guess what? de-monetized and that goes into your record.

To be perfectly honest, Discord is going to bend over moment someone starts talking about piracy and its not as if they dont have a problem with that because its popular and simply when it comes to accusations they will error not in your favor because its a free service, this will also be its downfall because this is the cycle ... service doesnt do anything/gets popular/starts policing because its popular and takes its users for granted/people start to leave for another service/loses its importance and lingers as another service gets popular ... we seen this with Digg, Myspace and many other sites we no longer remember today, Tumblr is pretty much dead since they decided to clean the porn (and people for whatever reason decided to move it to Twitter of all places apparently) and Discord will die the moment a alternative appears, its the cycle of life ... remember GameFAQs?
Also I will say, there is nothing wrong about loving dogs, personally I kinda afraid of then and I avoid then but there are dog lovers like cat lovers ... and even if you mean like that, well ... as long nobody is harmed there is no foul because that is pretty on the weak side, yes ... that is really tame as far fetishes go today with there being far darker things and if people want to gate a service so only things they like are allowed, dont expect said gates wont apply to you because look at where you are, people do share pirated software here, not "its on Patreon and its OK" but stuff thats on Steam and other services so we arent exactly in the position of holding much of a high moral ground.
