I just removed all the trait mods but the problem still persists ..

I had a problem similar but my sims were angry all day, I checked and I had a clothing mod with an outdated trait mod, both files were inside a file

If you use Wicked Whims, in settings try Sex settings > Sex autonomy settings>autonomy intensity presets> and choose a lower setting like normal, low or very low. See if that helps.
