I do not mean that. I'm looking for a mod that makes the penis longer, for example a penis pump.

Do you mean the BDP mod with the penis pump animation by Khlas? I think the pump is an animation within the mod but I can't confirm bc I haven't tried it.

You can also change the size through the WW the penis size manipulation switch in WW settings.
