Does anyone know how to enable incest in the game?

Click a sim - Wicked - Personalization - Give Wicked Attributes - Scroll down the list until you find the Incest trait. You have to do it to every sim you want to have the trait or you can select "attribute to all sims" and assign it to everyone, which might take a while longer while the mod applies the trait.

Try deleting the inventory and go to manage world. That fixes the glitch.
