Absolutely! First you need to backup your installation and configuration/mod folders to a separate location. I have a backup drive for this purpose. This must be done BEFORE you allow the game to update. After that game is updated, lets say everything is broken... you can delete your updated installation and configuration/mod folders and replace them with the directories you backed up. This is the only way I know of to revert the game to an earlier state.

I run TS4 on Arch Linux in a sandbox. I backup the wine instance it is running in before the upgrade. I have firewall rules to prevent the EA app from accessing the internet UNTIL I am ready to upgrade.

How well does TS4 run on Linux? Just curious. Does it run with mods well?

I would give TS4 a 'platinum' ranking as far as compatibility is concerned. I have DXVK installed on my OS and within WINE. DXVK handles DX11 translations to OpenGL flawllessly. I have not used windows in years so I have nothing to compare it to. The game and modifications run very well, I will also add that it runs Sims4Studio so I can edit mods. I have roughly 30 gigs of mods installed and the game loads pretty fast. About 60 seconds or less when launching a modded savegame. I expect native performance or better due to the lighter footprint of my operating system. Most of the Windows games in my Steam library run very well on Linux. I still prefer Linux native games but I will opt for Windows titles if they have a high enough ranking on

My results differ from other users, I have been using WINE for many years and I prefer to do things the 'official way' to ensure I get the best results with running Windows apps on my Linux machines.

I've tried to get dx11 to work but it crashes on me. I'm having to run dx9.

Here is a Yacht by Breeze Motors. You can use Twisted Mexis Tool to position chairs or ottomans into spots on the yacht then initiate sex that way. You will have to figure out how to use TOOL as i can't help you with that but i've loaded up a yacht with otoomans and fuckrugs and initiate sex on them.

I know CUUPID made animations a long time ago under their old name Missme12 they had a yatch animation you need twisted mexis tool mod however if you want it on actual water

That would make sense if I used both at the same time. Besides people have found the codes, have said they refuse to help those that have DD when errors appear. Make all the excuses you like to defend them, but it's obvious to anyone what's going on. Eliminating competition. But regardless, it's not important enough for me to argue about. People will always be gullible enough for people to take advantage of and anything that interferes with or threatens it will be attacked. Anyone that pays EA for the games and turns around and gives money to those who only manipulate the work of EA programmers, deserves to get shafted. Especially with most mods they waste money on are eventually obsolete

For me the problem is WW. I did check every mod I have, when I put WW in my mods folder Cas doesn't wanna load up.

Guess ill wait for the new update then thanks. " Cas doesn't wanna load up " yeh my cas doesn't load when i try to use it with townies but if it's a sim I created its loading fine.

You can us the new nisaKWP the only error you get is missing WW and you dont should install the old version of WW , and if you CAS stuck is another mod not nisaK, the old version of WW Cause LE or loading endless and no CAS errors this errors comes from stuff that is moding CAS like BTB 6 or outdatet mods that moding Lifestyle /CC that moding lifestyle
