First off, Nik Knacks. This is some of the CC I made for the Nyaccubus. A custom werewolf hybrid succubus state. Code named ‘Pack Bitch.’ Someday, I’d like to resurrect the Nyaccubus, and when I do this CC will be re-incorporated into the mod, but some of the CC I made for the Nyaccubus was pretty bitching. Including a new vertical slit demonic eye… which honestly was way to detailed for the little number of pixels The Sims gives us to work with.
Sorry that i can not post imgs of that for some reaseons that dont work for me.

I am TurboDriver's Patreon since 2019 and he only charge for early access to the mod, so your complain have no sense at all. You feel bad for waiting, go and use the other mod available for sex intercourse .. no one is forcing you to use it.

Stop spreading false statements against modders just because you don't have patient to wait for a couple of days, and also consider that the only issue that WW had was related to the tunnings, the rest of the features we working.

Does this have all the required cc for Dreams of Surrender to work or do I need to download them separately? Also when I place down the rooms from the dungeons a lot of items are missing/replaced? I put everything from the download inside the mods folder including all items cc so I was wondering what else I need to download to get the rooms to have everything in it.

According to EA policy mods, there are two exceptions for charging for mods :

"Offer an early access incentive for a reasonable amount of time. After a reasonable early access period, all users must be able to access the Mods in full for free regardless of whether they donate.

Run passive advertisements and requests for donations so long as they are limited to the Mod website or distribution site, and do not appear within the Mod itself."

In the case of Turbo Driver mods, as far as I know the Patreon features will be included later in the free version.

There are things available for the paid that aren't in the free version. I've had both in my game. The paid version offers IUDs and an option on the phone for medical calling. That's not available on the free version.

If EA took the notion too, they can stop all Modders, especially those that illegally charge for their Mods.

Why would they though? It would cost them money in legal fees, would inevitably result in a massive fan backlash, and would gimp their own old shitty game by not having the extra content available for it. If you'd use your brain and think about it just for a minute, you'd find it would literally make no sense to do so.

Mods must be non-commercial and distributed free-of-charge. Mods cannot be sold, licensed, or rented for a fee, nor can Mods contain features that would support monetary transactions of any type.

Did you also see that part in daddy EA's "rulebook" where it says that you should not pirate their game and DLCs, or is that "different"?!...
Also, big companies write all sort of things in their T&C which are not necessarily enforceable, it's just there to cover their own asses, or to scare away the average normie who has no idea about the law.
For example, Microsoft's T&C forbids the unauthorized resale of their software keys, but the EU laws are superseding it, so it's perfectly legal to do so, even though it's "against the T&C".

You can mass download all the files at once press on the upper corner not on are folder on download.

◆ Added support for Romantic Boundaries

WickedWhims now respects the Romantic Boundaries set in CAS. This includes the Polyamorous and Cuckold Wicked Attributes which automatically adjust Sims Romantic Boundaries.

The Polyamorous Wicked Attribute is now technically unnecessary but you can still use it to adjust Sim's Romantic Boundaries without going into CAS.

◆ Replaced Relationship Utilities jealousy setting

The "Jealousy Switch" setting has now been replaced with "Emotional Jealousy Switch", "Physical Touch Jealousy Switch", and "Sex Jealousy Switch" to reflect the different jealousy types the game now recognizes. If you had jealousy disabled, you need to disable it again for each jealousy type.

 
◆ Attractiveness & Lovestruck compatibility
◆ Added 'Attractiveness Lovestruck Display Switch' setting

Attractiveness is now combined with Lovestruck Attraction if you have the pack installed. Besides CAS Turn-Ons and Turn-Offs synchronizing with Attractiveness, what you select in CAS directly affects Attractiveness scoring. This combined scoring then overrides the Lovestruck Attraction so you get the best from both of the features.

If you don't want to see the Lovestruck Attraction and prefer Attractiveness you can switch the 'Attractiveness Lovestruck Display Switch' setting. And of course if you don't like the idea of combining Attractiveness with Lovestruck Attraction then simply disable Attractiveness and default Lovestruck Attraction will be used.

◆ Combined Lovestruck 'Scan the Room' with Attractiveness

I was surprised to see that the Scan the Room interaction from Lovestruck Romance skill does... nothing. It doesn't actually show you attractive Sims, just gender preference compatible Sims. So with Attractiveness enabled, scanning the room will instead show you attractive Sims via Attractiveness but with the new flashy effects. Unfortunately, to assure parity of the feature, you can no longer see which Sims are considered unattractive.

◆ Removed Attractiveness CAS Likes & Dislikes

I didn't want to remove these from CAS but due to changes in how the game handles CAS Likes & Dislikes / Turn-Ons & Turn-Offs, I was forced to remove these. Perhaps I will be able to somehow bring these back in the future but for now you can only adjust Sim Attractiveness preferences in-game, not in CAS. The CAS Turn-Ons and Turn-Offs will still automatically synchronize with Attractiveness.
