A few things you can do.
Have a sim that's unflirty and romantically reserved ((if you have lovestruck)), don't have the unique appearance trait or the allure trait obviously, adjust sims you're trying to bang attraction. The attraction is one of the main thing that can make it harder to plap a sim since you might be ugly as fuck to them or fit what they like. You can also play with the protocols settings as well which can make it harder to bang sims, like making X sim only wanna fuck at their house or soemthing.

Also, does anyone have the latest Greynaya animations? Apparently, the latest Greynaya animation download link available in this thread is from... 9 months ago? All the links in 2024 other than that have been purged.
Yeah I was clicking random post links and found that. Fingers crossed someone has a lot of time to do that.

Wicked is still conflicting with LoverTruck's attractions?
No matter what I put as attractions, my Sim still thinks his partner is ugly and only the options from the expansion appear on cas. After adding the "unique appearance" trait from wicked to his husband, he went from disinterest to indifferent, but it never reaches attraction. If I disable the attraction option, to not affect relationships, they start to be attracted to EVERYONE (and that's not good either.)
Also, does anyone have a good config for the sex animations to stop repeating themselves constantly? Before going to the next the animation it starts looping, there's not a smooth transition.

I recommend choosing "develop <sim's name>'s attractiveness" from Ww menu and then pick their partner. I have been doing this since forever and my sims' partners are always "extremely attractive" to them respectively, one small odd thing is that they are also extremely into Clement Frost but I only see him once per sim year so it's ok lol

There's a setting just for that but it's been so long that I can't remember what it was called... it's like a relationship "modifier". Npc to npc sims have their own setting for that which is always bumped up by default hence why npc sims can often have sex with lower relationship requirements amongst themselves. The setting for player to npc relationships is zero by default, I want to say putting a negative value into that should give you a penalty so that you need a higher relationship score. I've heard that charisma has an effect on success as well but information is very bare when it comes to the inner workings of the mod, most people just want to collect cc, build houses and occasionally have their dolls slam up against each other.
