First off, there is no newer version of MCCC. There is also no Patreon version at the moment either. What you have is the 2021.4.0 IS the newest version.

Does that mean that MCCC is incompatible with the newest TS4 version, since it hasn't been updated?

Idk if if it’s my mods or cc, but i updated them all and also tried repairing the game and restarting my sims 4 folder but my all of my sims, including townies and my created ones are covered in black and red plus questions mark. i really hope I’m not the only one with this problem, any solution??

You're not supposed to update the game with your mods still installed, you have to remove the mod folder EVERY TIME you update the game, then put the folder back in when you know all your script mods are up to date with the newest version

Sims like S4I's was one of the first questions asked when this thread started and voted OK by the moderators... and NSFW animations and content make no sense without sexy sims.

Anadius Repack and then after you have installed the game download the Anadius updater, it updates your game to the latest version when a new patch comes out.

The base mod you need is Wicked Whims. It comes with a few starter animations, but you can download a lot more from LoversLab (free) or the Patreon early access versions that are shared here or reddit.
Which ones you install is a matter of personal taste, just like with clothes and every other customization things, so take your time browsing the animations' pages on LoversLab to see what you can expect of the different creators and which ones you like.

There's a lot of content available, so I understand that it can be quite overwhelming. My recommendation is to not try to download everything in one go because you'll probably end with a game loaded with a lot of stuff that you don't like/don't need/is broken, and you'll have a harder time finding everything that you want to remove than if you'd taken your time knowing what you're installing. Start adding things little by little, try them, see if you want to keep them or delete them and add more new things. You'll get the hang of it soon.
