I'm using WW 3.3.4.134.4 again. That works fine for me
first page should be updated, it only works on game version : 1.44.88, 1.45.62, 1.46.18
its not included in wicked whims mod

As far as I know only Noir's PornstarcockV3 is updated on Patreon. The rest will follow, maybe BetterBody is already updated too.
We have to wait until someone can get them.
I have locally changed the 6/9/2018 version to work with the current WW version (only the huge ones for male for testing), but I still have to make more tests because there was a bug in the arms, but it worked.
So for now we can use the built in WW, soft and hard.
If you have a default replacement, you can still use it, by going to settings and click on Use native nude "can't remember the exact words now". On doing so, any default nude will override the WW ones.

So if I use the "Use native nude" option, I should be able to use the Original default penis? I'm very confused.

Using Native means using your installed default override nude like it used to be, before this update.
You can choose to override the override, by going into CAS and selecting a different optional top or bottom and this way you actually manage to override the default part.
The release description has flaws and made think the opposite of how it's supposed to work.
I agree that this new method is not practical and far less intuitive than the old one.
Things are still not working well at this point because the custom penises are yet to be updated to this new system, namely Betterbody (I only had Noir's and BB so, in my case Better body parts are My native, and Noir's can work with the new tattoo override mode.

I see. But in the event I want to use the Original default penis, what do I do? Hope for a merciful act by Turbodriver, try every WW options until it pops up, or just say goodbye to it?
He said the penis menu was gone, but it's actually still in the package, maybe he'll make it active once every other modder updates their body parts.
But for now, you may choose to use : 1- WW included default override 2-One default override of your choice 3-The tattoo optionals.

2. shift click on a Sim
3. Go into CAS
4. Pick a dick there as a tat?!
5. Accept changes
6. Be switched over to that Sim household
7. Have to go to manage world to go back to other household
