Hey, since I'm relatively new to programming, I actually bought the models because I don't want to deal with the design side of things for now. These are from Xandra3D. However, I expanded the control rigs myself, as otherwise sex animations wouldn't be possible. The plan is to design later characters myself or to outsource this work to a professional designer.Hi quick question Did you buy those models and rig them?
I learned everything via YouTube videos, and once you get a certain understanding, you start building the rest yourself. When you get to the point where you see a bug and know roughly how to fix it, you know you've made itand how did you learn all of this, cause i myself want to make an adult game but i dont find any tutorial stuff related to adult unreal engine games.
There's a woman on YouTube who has a playlist on how to create a porn game, but I don't remember her name and it didn't really help me because she hardly explains anything. You're more of a spectator than a student.
My tip is: first think about what features you want the game to have and search for them specifically. (e.g., day/night, driving, etc.). There are general tutorials for this kind of thing that you can use to learn Unreal in general. I can recommend the YouTuber “CodeLikeMe.” He's a little disorganized at times, but he builds everything from scratch. And he covers many types of games.
Absolutely fine. And one more question i hope you dont mind, how much time did you took to learn from scartch?
For me, it's divided into two phases. From September to December 2024, I learned the basics and simply built features to get a feel for programming. But then I stopped.
This project started in May of this year. So I would guess my whole learning time is about 6-7 months.
Also here a quick list of Youtubers that helped me learning stuff:
