Is there a way to keep both Ted and Ria's Love score high while also increasing Corruption? Most of the time it looks like one drops if the other goes up.

I do think you're right. They are kind of on a sea saw where their corruption and love scores are diametrically opposed. So you go for corruption if you want their relationship to fall apart and love if you would rather give it a chance to succeed.
