I brought them before gaining enough skill, but even after I've gotten 40 skill I'm unable to use them (despite buing teal afterwards and finding and being able to use it).

It's been the good sister, the bad sister and the stepsister. The difference between "sisters" and "stepsister" is that with the step you may have direct sexual interactions, and with the real sis you can't to do sex (but still may help her with her goals).
RN the game have a lot of content with her, you may find what you like. Also the game have lots of mistresses and lots of femdom content to offer. Strongly recommended, if you're into femdom and sissy protagonists!

unless something changed you get the option to break up with her yourself if you have enough dom, ask your friend to help you, ask your sister help but if you pass that choice you are on the gf route with its own sub-paths
