Yeah that enemy needs tweeks for sure, they get mark of binding up to 3 almost every time they attack, then you're stuck getting binded and stunlocked. My best strategy is getting the 20% evasion thingy.
You can try gibbing them by using microthunderstorm or energy burst immediately, hopefully kill one of the enemies. Though if that fails or you get ambushed then yeah you're fucked (which is really bad game design).
