I'm not sure I understand your question. You should be able to play by extracting and installing the apk linked in the OP. The only app you need is the game itself.

I just tried out the anon link, download, extraction, installation, and play, all work without any problems for me. I do use ZArchiver to extract files, maybe that makes a difference.

how insane that these folks sell 10 min long game 7k times at 5 bucks a piece, as all it has is like 4 cgs. Western devs should really try to sell on dlsite for quick buck.
