I always fix this by going into the properties of the game.exe and enabling compability Mode: Windows 8 , and also Turning on run as Administrator.
Sadly you have to So this Everytime you launch the game

Yes the Red Queen 1st scene has sex scene with animation rather than static images, are there more sex scenes with animation later? cause so far, i haven't seen others.

Thats what you ment , yes there were a few more but i dont really remember which character, but mostly there are only images. What i also know is that Kitenna has Voice Acting later on
