Not equated at all as they aren't mutually exclusive. This is voyeurism sure but it's also 100% NTR. Not sure where people are getting the idea that this can only be one thing and not the other, nor why they think a relationship is necessary for NTR. There are plenty of examples out there where the MC is not a love interest of the girl at all. In fact that's kind of the point and why he's jealous in the first place.

I think you must have 100% on the info tab, mostly gossip n stuffs. I don't know if MTL ver is different cuz I used the OG ver with Mtool to cheat and get all the info.
I think this version might be bugged then, because no matter how much I listened to gossips, I only had 0%. In fact, I had no idea what that was because that tab was entirely in Japanese.
