Can't raise Athena's lust. Walkthrough says to tell her to chop wood in the morning, it doesn't add any lust. Stuck on lust 6, relationship is 200+

Go back to talk to her in the evening

To clarify, the process is to go back to the Spinney Living Room after asking her to chop wood and you will get a prompt about her not being back yet. Talking to her on the beach during the evening does not move her forward. Doing the 'not back yet' thing three times moved Athena to the next step.
