Your save was weirdly bugged. You have progress through Alina content without answering the question about her special talent (Should be yes or no, it's none for you). To apologize about this bug, I set this variable at True in your save, so you should access the optional guitar event with Alina now. Don't roll back!

It seems there is a bug at a certain step in Alina events.
I checked your save, you're close to reach the good point in Alina story to unlock this situation:
-Go to sleep, then go in neighbors backyard in afternoon and talk to alina.
After this event, it should be OK.
