A minor mistake on the admin. That date is the date of the next release, 0.15.
It's a normal update with new content, 6 sex scenes, family, school, company, beach paths. If you don't get new hints it must be a problem with the installation.

Extract file
Copy and paste contents of saves folder into C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/RenPy/TheStallion
Move original saves folder into TheStallion/game
Scene, Reward, and Patreon Galleries are found in the Main Menu.

Save 3: Luna Introduction
*The rewards Gallery is almost full with <20 not found yet.
