I played Chapter I and II .... (used cheats for money and strength) and I really enjoyed it...
If you are adventure action game fan, you will like it...

AND
I skipped Chapter III for now... as save system is broken... whenever you reload game it starts bugout...
FYI... Chapter III is supposed to be like Fallout Games... but can't say for sure as I havn't played it yet.... waiting for a Load fixed version...

Overall I liked it (without cheats I would have hated this games as I hate RPGM style grinding...)....

I played chapter one and two without cheats and I did enjoy it enormously. I played chapter III for a while and it looks interesting. Loading the game is bugged so I did not spend much time on chapter III.

You need to download John Smith 1 & 2 for Chapters 1 & 2 respectively. The sequel of John Smith 1 & 2 is John Smith 3.

Did you find Marco Mustace? He is hidden in the toilets in the Bar. He will invite you to his office in Washington. There is a girl where you cheat Money. It will max. your arrousal so release before sleeping.

If I understand correctly you have extracted Ch I & II and also III in same folder...
then do this-
Chapter I & II are embedded in single game... so extract it to a new folder
and
extract Chapter III to separate folder... and then run exe...
it should work...
