Here is an AI game that is in development. It's called Succubus Ruin and has monthly updates. The story is simple, hero got corrupted by succubi but saved by a goddes and gets to try again in saving the world. The succubi have the world infiltrated and there are many events, but most of them are of the bad end game over variant.
There are multiple areas with maids, school girls, nurses and bunnies.

Two boss battles, multiple events and the common theme of seduction and temptation that commonly runs through their games.
It's a game from the developer of the schoolgirl game that had you play a girl that seduces classmates and teachers for her own benefit. Animations were similar to Princess Honey Trap, not quite that quality but close to it. This demo is for the new game that has a male protagonist, who is a hero, facing the corruption of his former school. The demo has background information for the game and the first battle.

Considering he said "upcoming", I think it isn't even released yet.
