Meh. In 99% of cases, Western 3D porn games tend to have ugly and creepy character models.

As someone who enjoys reading Japanese erotic novels on Pixiv, I am fine with such approach. However, visuals that accompany the text shouldn't be nauseating. This is precisely why I am not a fan of Western erotic games.

Ironically, some of the western games with 3D arts are made with Illusion games (HoneySelect 2 and Koikatsu), which was actually Japanese (other games are made with Daz3D).

I personally have nothing against western works, but the vast majority of the good games that matches the theme of this thread are based on eastern 2D arts.

It's called "Dear space" and yes, it's hentai Parody version of the well known horror franchise "Dead space" wanna see a proof more than the name? Here's the protagonist's design:

Anyway, beyond that and from what I've tried from the demo it's your typical monster girl game where you get reverse raped if you lose and when the enemy in a pinch she'll try to seduce you, but it's an action game rather than a turn based rpg, but the developer had a hell of a journey to deliver the game, his father got scammed twice in less than month between each scam, the first was 6 million yen and the other was 600k yen (it's around 44k dollars for both) and his father become so moody and sometimes he just unplug the power on the house for no reason which made the progress for the game harder, he ended up leaving his parent's house and he finally managed to release it. Dunno why I shared this story as it doesn't have anything to do with the game itself but I thought it's funny to drop the development lore, I'll check the game out later.

It's AI and honestly quite short. Plus i cheated to actually win the game, otherwise it seems you have to grind quite a bit to be able to beat the last 2 bosses.

Normally, i would consider this AI slop, but the Pictures used for the scenes (grabbing, some defeat-specific) are IMHO top-notch. Bonus points because quite a few of the scenes have multiple pictures that showcase the advancement of the grab scene. (Ex: Blowjob grab has 3 pictures to showcase 'dick out / intro', 'blowjob', 'hugging blowjob / harder escape')

I'm honestly shocked at how much i wish the game had a gallery and more enemies. Story was cliche but honestly ok, gameplay the most default RPG (without party and only ever one enemy) ever.

I'm also quite proud to have seen most scenes except 2 loss-specific ones where you had to die to a specific boss attack, and missed an entire patrolling succubus picture.

IDK, AI picture quality surprised me a lot on this game, give it a try, go god-mode or noclip to breeze through the areas and find the different succubi and scenes, or just look at the CG.
NOTE: ATROCIOUS map scheme, its all nested inside each other one at a time, no proper structure at all, so MTool cannot help you go to a specific area unless you know exactly which one it is.

NOTE 2: Do you guys know how to find which enemy / event causes a specific CG? I wanna see the scene for the patrolling enemy i missed.
