You might have overwritten your save on accident, clicking "save" instead of "load" when you booted up the game.

how do you find people for the coup?

The only people you as the player can find are the guys from the IBWO headquarters. It's either them or the guys that Leyja finds.

I am now on Day 275 and I am stuck. I still have recruited 815/1000 Students for the festival, also if you become the man of the house, why does the reminder to pay your rent is still in reminders? When do you breed your mom?

The game is not finished yet, you just probably reached the end of the current routes. The reminder staying there was a bug, just fixed it! You'll be able to breed your mom in this new v0.9.5 update.

There won't ever be like a magical transformation into an actual biological woman/female, you'll be able to get pretty close though. The v0.9.5 update will bring the second to last operation - the Brazilian butt lift, facial feminization, the final surgery, will come a bit later, near the very end.

A thing I noticed is that if I have my chastity cage replaced by the one given in the IBWO the main image in my room does not change despite having new images for the sex scenes and the scene when we receive the cage even points out the new one is smaller, it's nothing particularly gamebreaking but I like some continuity.

Hello! The game sometimes uses a "drunk" widget, which makes the images and text blurry/move around. From previous reports it seems like the widget doesn't work on the Firefox browser.

Are you already doing work for hudson at school?
Try all options, i think when you idle around you will find one or two hints, maybe that's missing.
Leyja will tell you that his wife is about a certain age, her birthyear is the code, something between 1985 - and 1990, I think 1986 is the code.
