I'm wondering if I help the IBWO to learn about the club after spying on my conversation with Leyja, does that hinder Leyja's path in any way or are they both compatible with eachother? Because I prefer Leyja path but if I pick to lie to the IBWO text I get -20 points

Letting the IBWO learn about the club will give you the option to recruit them for the coup (the takeover of the club). By doing this you will betray Leyja, because they will get control of the club and not her.
However, you can still tell them about it and just not select them for the coup.
Kind of but not really. You break up with Emily when you refuse to be cucked. There isn't an option in the current version to stay with her and not be cucked. Adriana will have you be her cuck if you're not on the dominant path. You can avoid it but it cuts a lot of the content.

Is there a way to start dating Sasha, Emily and Adriana? or do I have to select only one of them? or is it not implemented yet for dating all three women at once?

I haven't broken up with Emily yet and im on day 95 of the game, Adriana kinda wanted an exclusive relationship with me so it sucked turning her down. or trying to stay casual with her.

I suppose that feminizemecapin was talking purely about the sub path(s). On the dom path I don't remember any NTR.

Which means it is useless if you break up with her. About the 3rd of the game being empty if you don't follow one plotline isn't that great. Maybe you could give us something else to do there, like some random event that let's one earn 5 bucks (not like one really needs the money) each time or something. Wouldn't need to add much just something that makes it "feel" less like we sitting alone in our room and wait for the time passes until we finally can go to work.
But if Emily Dates were in the last slot on non-workdays and worked similar to how working works wouldn't that still work? (man that was a lot of work in the same sentence)
