Check the patch notes, there are over 50 new events. Sister, Mia, Adriana, and Emily (sub/dom routes, not bnwo) all got updates.
To clarify, I was referring to cuck route having both trans & femdom (M sub to females) content, though they're not really a package deal outside of the game. Regarding trans/feminization content coming in when you're not on that route specifically: You need to work & a few work events delve into that, like putting MC in a dress and having him do that awkward twirl. If I remember right, some encounters with that cosplay girl might delve into it too. Though I've just been avoiding her in the past several updates to avoid it, so I can't remember.
