Not really. You get four fairly different main ending branches followed by a series of small vignettes following up on the MC's various relationships.
It could be more extensive (an option to fuck over Hudson but embrace the corruption might have been fun and some of the relationships could have interacted more), but it's not like it's massively underwhelming.
People who've played the sub route all the way through, are you able to actually fully transition to female? I remember hearing something about getting gender surgery towards the end so you get a pussy.
yeah, it's pretty underwhelming imo but there is an option to on a particular route
its sub (fem in particular) routes, it's just about what choice you make in the end, not exactly a general routes choice
1. You are not suppose to get 1000/1000 member anyway, just proceed with the final plan.
2. For breasts, just work at massage until your char want to have bigger breasts for better services.
3. For having pussy, only for choosing ending route with Leyja.
4. Body contouring and feminization + Brazilian butt lift, I dont remember but just keep working for Leyja or her lair, you will notice if the scenes repeat itself if the button for next scene is stuck on the top without needed to scroll down normally, then you can just skip it and try other options.

I do agree the straight dom content is worse off but every route even the bnwo route felt underwhelming and abruptly ended. Game needed to cook for several more updates to feel "complete" but I do appreciate an end over abandonment if the passions not there for the project anymore.
