I'm really impressed with this game, don't get me wrong. The writing is good and I like how many different paths and routes within paths there actually are.

Ehh, some porn games actually have good plot and interesting characters. Hell, I've played both action-based and strategy-based porn games that had decently-designed, fun gameplay. Most porn games are shlock but there are some exceptional ones out there too that try to be more than just throwaway fap material.

Eh, I have hiiiigh doubts abot this game. Too many branches, usually I doesn't end well. Plus I noticed the strange difference in quality of art. You see beatiful cover, decently drawn characters and then some lame and strangely cropped scene that feels like it was drawn by a completely different person. Smells kinda fishy... like a stabble diffusion do.

The Kate romance does seem exclusive to the warrior path.
The lady with the candle wax is Carolyn. She has scenes in the kingdom and warrior path but that specific scene is from the kingdom path. To get that scene the kingdom must stand, and you have to choose neither Vargas or Marion to romance.

Art is still good and remains quite consistent so its still worth a try, there are many paths to take. However it really needs a gallery as you wouldn't know what CG you missed if you do not save after every decision.

If you mean sex scene then no. Marion's route content is low atm.
Not right now. Don't know if HappyDaedalus has plans to change that in the future.

I haven't played the "warrior route" yet but I'm guessing Vaelen is based off Griffith from the Band of the Hawk (Berserk). He seems like a charismatic manipulator type who treats his subordinates well enough but ultimately thinks of them as pawns for his own personal gain and glory. I could be completely wrong though; it's just the vibe I got from the little I saw of him so far.

Like LowLevelLesser said above this post you have to lose the war. There's a sort of split where you can choose to execute an individual from Hassar's side that changes Sarah's fate. The Hassar route has little content atm.
Honestly, I wish you can hook up with your Brother and rule ala Game of Thrones Style.
Incest is hot, but I also think Thomas is a good lad pushed into a horrid situation, and could use some love.
