Happens if you make a mistake and let them poison you in the night battle in Varany's ruins. That's if you choose to keep defending against orcs instead of attacking goblins.

Soldier and Mage routes are by far the heaviest storywise so do em if you wanna read. Queen path probably has the best romance if you marry the one good man at your disposal. Soldier is more story-heavy, with the erotism mostly concentrated in the beginning and end parts while Mage remains fairly consistent throughout ero-wise. Sea Captain is the wank route and it's pretty good too, I've yet to touch tribal because it strikes me as having one too many miserable rape for my liking but I suspect it's another fairly ero-heavy path.

And leaving everything she knows behind for a childhood friend that showed up after years of being gone with suspiciously detailed knowledge of guard patrol routes mere days after her father was assassinated, just because she got her off. Just... No. Would love it if there was a secondary means of entering that section of plot (escaping after losing the war?) but i have to actually look away while clicking on the option to get on the boat with her.

Yeah, for me... I felt the Nobles would stir up trouble further down the line given the amount of stuff i had Marion shove down their throats, if i didn't give them what they wanted as well. The game specifically mentioned that the veteran well-equipped troops were all from the Nobles' territories with the Royals mostly having levies and... i had a feeling that was not an accident and it hinted at a rebellion that was best nipped in the bud.
