That is Steam's anti-priacy. You have to either download the additional file in order to make it run or download the non-steam version instead:

Good morning Gentlemen and Ladies, I wish to play this game but unfortunatly i appear to be hitted from what it a appears a "Steam anti-piracy" window in a language i dont understand. Please if someone would be so kind and tell me how do i get rid of it.

Has anyone played this or any other Libraheart game on any of the GPD handhelds? For some reason their games are not responding to the controls. 
I stumbled upon libra heart games and im overwhelmed! I need a guide on which games to play first, like an order for the best experience tysm

THe seduce animation just doesnt activate for me anymore. Sucks. Has it happened to anyone else?
This textbox won't go away and won't allow me to do anything else, the game doesn't freeze but the textbox does. Can anyone help?

I have 8GB, but I don't think it's a RAM related issue, since I can play other parts of the game just fine. It's just this event and the final event with the swordswoman at the pub that bug like this. I think it's an issue related to my save file, since I tried starting a new game and the character just walked off screen. That and the fact that some items despite being delivered to NPCs are still on my inventory.
I'll see if I'll be able to finish the game like this, not sure what I did to fuck my save this way though.

its a problem with the Steam version, if you play the other version it will work just fine, i had the same issue, getting the last heart and finishing the knight quest will freeze the game
