CC has a pretty solid workflow atm. He had some major life events happen at the end of last year and the start of this year which delayed v0.7, but overall he's always treated this game as a major passion of his (which is also why he'll frequently freeze payments if he feels he hasn't done enough work on it).

I quite liked the last update, had some romance path development of certain LIs. (Not Talitha, I think she's dead

Thalita is in the Village, she will join later on, but who knows maybe a Vampire raid in the Village kills her ?

man if that is true that sucks feels like we barley got to know her before we left lol. Tho she was looking like she might be on the lower end of my favorites as I really liked the dancer, the princess and Lyria more lol can barley recall any of the LI. Also doesn't help I hate how you have to spy on her to start her path.

There was talk she would follow to the city to do botany (or something like that), but she's never turned up (I don't actually think she's dead). I didn't do her path, so I don't even know if there has been any contact at all, apart from writing her a letter.
But you do see Samira, the dancer get your letter in this latest update.

No is not but since her school starts later she stays in the village, but you should know that since you peeked to start her path
in one of the updates we even wrote her a letter, before we started the training don't remeber ?

Actually in this one, I like everyone except Talitha. I'm trying for the Lyra, Leliana & Esther ending. I know they are only SG, but I'd love to add Delilah. She is delicious. As well as Samira, Luneira, Nev, Celia, Flora, Rosa, Marcella, Amalia, Trisha, Adelaide & Sylvera.I'm on anti-childhood friend paths at the moment. They have to be special for me to let them out of the friendzone. (which Lyra is).

Yeah im waiting till she comes back into the picture to reserve judgement but i'll probably play her path even if she isnt my favorite which she isn't. I find it hard to say no to childhood friends on at least one save makes me feel like an asshole. But I do hate how you start her path

I didn't mean it in a bad way. All the vamps appear to be bad, while she appears to be good and romanceable.

Lelianna (the vampire and presumedly Amaris' sister) was introduced back in v0.5, which was around the time the MC, Lyra, and Aren arrived at Stormguard - the capital - to join the Knight's Guild.
Most of the interactions in first 4 releases are primarily meant to aid in the worldbuilding (at least from my perspective) as a majority of the plot is progressed with the Knight's Guild subplot. I'll leave a non-exhaustive list of notable ladies in a spoiler below:

Not gonna lie, it completely takes me out of any sex scenes when the MC just pulls out of any girl he is with.
You do realize that women had plenty of herbs and ointments in the medieval ages to solve that, right?
I understand that OP might not want to flaunt the idea of pregnancy this early on (or even at all, if that isn't part of the fetishes he wants to add eventually), but at least have some of the scenes end without the MC pulling out like he is some gigachad with a body count of in the thousands.
Just feels like a cheap way to avoid ANY mention of that in the game.

He could just say there is a spell to avoid women getting pregnant. Magic does exist in this universe. As you said he could also say there are herbs and ointments to stop it. He has several options to use.
