I’ve only had about 11 hours of sleep over the past three days and Hiro had less than me, so let us keep this brief.
Originally, our goal was to release the full game by August, but with added features, changes in planning, and tasks outside of development, progress was delayed significantly. We then pushed ourselves with the thought of at least releasing a demo by August 31, but even that target fell short. (Partly due to unexpected bugs, and partly because we didn't complete necessary parts for the game to work)
Still, we’ve prepared a “what we’ve made so far” version—removing broken parts and leaving out unfinished areas—so that you can get a sense of how the game feels. What you can play right now is about 65% of the total workload, but only 5–10% of the actual content.
This version will be shared exclusively with Patreon and Ci-en paying supporters, as it’s not polished enough for public release. Our plan is to complete the demo within the next 1–2 weeks, share it first with paying supporters, and then release it publicly one week later.
It’s not the full game, nor even a finished demo, but at least it should convey the atmosphere and direction of the project. If you can enjoy it even a little, we’ll be grateful.
