But I already have access to the rooms (like the sauna and the bath) but I don't know how to get the version where the men are active together.

the more sexual room is another room like bath+ and bath++. you need to the normal bath with the upgraded version. idk if it is in the v 0.3 already but it definitely is implemented in japanese full game version.
IMO if you don't really care about art hachienden is a good story and quite a kinky text based RPG kinda. it can get quite grindy but once you get a hang of it it's quite enjoyable. survival in baradise is where the author started flexing his animation skill. it has a good CG and animation like moritake's game from early internet era. gameplay is more complex with turn based rpg like before plus base management aspect. story is kinky and always contain a good moral message. i'd reccomend it if you're into old japanese VN or RPG gay games those games has a classic vibes with modern touch.
P.S. unlike other creator with patreon, he isn't afraid to finish a game, giving each one a needed ending and moved on to a new one

you can run most rpgmaker games made for pc on mac by using a node.js http-server with terminal.
basically you install

, should be easy just follow the promptsonce its fully installed use terminal to cd to the 'www' folder inside the rpgmaker game directory, if there isnt a www folder then use the main folder
then just type 'http-server' in the terminal and click enter, the first time will take longer than normal, eventually it'll stop and at the bottom of the terminal there'll be two URLs, copy one to your browser and play the game
keep the terminal running while playing and quit it when you're done.
you can probably find more detailed tutorials online if you need help
