Also I'm missing a ton of scenes. How do I get the 3rd George, the 2nd-4th Tetsuro/Joe, and the 2nd/3rd K sex scenes? Or are they impossible in v.06?

All of those are impossible, 0.8 you can get K's 2nd scene I think
