In the previous game from this circle it was just a section of the ero experiences tab. As her corruption went up had increasing sloppy cream pies with the final level being preg belly.

Just went through it, the pregnacy isnt really a mechanic, as Inuyasaha said, when you reach high enough lewdness the status will show her pregnant, but the model doesnt change, some scenes show the heroines preggo, even if they arent there status wise. So to sum it up, sadly pregnacy is pretty much a flavor text in this one.

What is the cheating aspect of the game?

In regards to cheating, its only around the elf priest who has a husband. The status changes the % of her love for him and in some scenes they talk to each other while she stereotypicaly loses to other dicks. Not much happens and doesnt have any impact, since this is just a scene collector game.

One of the heroine, the blond one if i'm not mistaken. She has a husband. so, yeah, it counts as cheating

FYI, This game only has 4 "Animated" scene. One on each heroines (include the brat)

Which basically you can found in the game's folder.
In game, the animated scene gave a choice wether to watch the animated version or multiple CG type version.
