Well, since I don't play the NTR route at all, but I do happen to know how to trigger the NTR path for her, you need;
- low enough relationship points with her, probably like 5 or less
- during your very first date with her (takes place on the weekends), you need to either let Alexis talk with Davide or introduce them, and I think that must happen on the very first date.
After that, different events with Alexis would be NTR instead of just you with her.
I can't be 100% sure how they play out because I don't play that route, but that's at least how you trigger the path.

The folder pointed to by the link contains ALL the translations performed for the game. You need to download ONLY the one for your version.
The .rar file of the translation respects the following rules: XXX000yIta.rar where XXX=Acronym of the game, 000=Version, y=Revision (if any).

Installation:
1) Delete ALL *.rpy files in the "game" folder and in all its sub-folders. IMPORTANT: The *.rpy files are not included in all versions of the game.
2) Copy the .rar file for your version to the game's "game" folder.
3) Unzip the files in this folder. You need to unpack with the EXTRACT HERE action, answering YES to any overwrite request.
4) An error may appear during the first run of the game. It's normal. Just close the game and restart it.
This translation includes additional commands to get back in the game and other useful options.

Yup. But then he didn't release the update. Which leads me to believe that maybe he needs more time. I could be wrong, its just speculation. It's possible it's a health issue. I know he's had some in the past, which can't be fun on any level. I'm just waiting to see what happens.
I think it's good for a dev to take a break if they need it. There is a lot of pressure when making a game and everyone does it at their own pace. I rather someone take a break when they need it and come back strong rather than getting completely burned out and dropping a project all together.
