I just wanna say, I truly hope that we do get to have a bonafide romance by the end of the game.

When I first started playing the game (well, when it was first posted on here anyway), the 'romance' tag was what intrigued and drew me to the game alongside the concept; I liked the idea of a bunch of people going into a house and having largely shallow sex and no expectations (or possibly wants) for anything other than winning, only for our MC to find that feelings start to develop between them and one of the other contestants. I loved how 'at odds' that was with the aim, while at the same time being perfectly natural within a shared house over time, between people who have good sexual chemistry and good communication; connecting on a more personal level.

I also loved the additional drama 'genuine feelings' add because it goes against the interests of them entering in the first place: There can only be one winner, and so the feelings they develop becomes a big barrier to them being able to effectively compete for themselves; a conflict of interest. I loved the idea of what that could add in terms of a deeper storyline and the drama and psychology of it, beyond just random porn scenes with little depth between one episode to the next when we switch to some other random partner. There's a sort of emptiness in 'just porn'.

It's genuinely cool to think how such a building relationship, kept secret from the other contestants, could effect how they play the game. Obviously wanting to keep their romantic interest in the game alongside them as long as possible, but without making their deeper connection so obvious that people would see them as an easy choice to eliminate (due to their chemistry in scenes together resulting in their work consistently rating among the top for every challenge).
The MC might deliberately try to arrange to be in scenes with the person they're "after", either directly (by winning challenges) or indirectly, through influencing those who choose couples, or a person (maybe multiple) could try to arrange to be in a scene with MC if they like them. To this end, one or both of them might reach a point were they have a falling out because they realise this makes them a target. They didn't join the competition to fall in love, but in the end they're drawn to each other regardless and (depending what the player chooses to do), may choose love over winning, or see if they can find a way to win together.

And I think it would be cool if there was a potential ending where the MC AND the person they're in love with/now in a relationship with, are joint winners and become a well-known duo in the porn industry - famously working together as a couple or in threesomes, etc because there chemistry/passion is off-the-charts when they're filmed together.

As for characters where this could be possible, it's not like you would have to make all of them romanceable (nor would that make sense due to their certain circumstances), but to have 2-3 of each gender potentially romanceable would be fantastic.
And since we're on that topic, I gotta put a vote in for one of the male options being one of the "straight guys" Matt or Damon. I say Matt cos I've loved Matt and MC since the start, and that hasn't changed, though It's been disappointing not to have more personal content with Matt since the sauna moment. I really love Hugo for his passion and personality, and the fact he's cute af (especially the cute guy used in his porn scenes). Yousef seems to be pretty popular too.

As a final note, I don't really consider "romantic" porn scenes -- scenes where the characters are just putting on an act and don't actually feel anything -- as 'romance' in a game like this, just acting. Fake. I truly hope we do get some ACTUAL romance to empathise with; there's not enough of it in adult games anymore and if written well it really adds something.

Anyway, just my opinion on the matter.
I didn't go into this project with romance as a priority, but I've enjoyed writing the hookups for this episode more because there are more romantic elements. We're just four episodes in, and I want to write a gradually growing romance, one that started as casual hookups and involved more feelings as time progressed, so there will be more elements as episodes progress. Right now, the closest thing I have to that is MC's relationship with Damon, but there will be 4-5 more characters. Like I said before, I don't know if they'll ever give a name to the relationship they have, but I think actions speak louder than words, and I can see an outcome where a contestant self-eliminates so the MC can stay in the game longer and vice versa. The joint win is cute as an idea, but it's not what I'm trying to do with this series at all, so I can confirm that it won't happen.

I agree that romance might add a fun element to how people play the game. So, I'm definitely considering it. I can't give any definitive answers yet, like "this is how I'll do it, and these are the contestants that I'll do it with," but I'm definitely keeping in mind all the suggestions you and everyone else who wants more romance gave.

So just to make sure, M/M content is a major part of the game and is unavoidable right ?
The protagonist is bi. However, you can avoid many M/M scenes by using the Sexual Content Preferences feature by clicking what you want to see and selecting Skip the Porn Scenes I'm Not Interested In. While there are M/M scenes that are unavoidable, if you use the content preferences, it stops any images from the undesired content and the details on the scenes, and you can easily skip them if it is not your taste by going down the page and clicking the link to the next passage

You can also use the Scene Credits & Guide feature to help you find your desired content, and it can help you steer away from the avoidable M/M scenes that are in the game. The game has a good balance with the M/M and F/M content and it is pretty good at balancing between both.

Is there anyone else uniquely bothered by people avoiding content in this game? I don't mind it in most other games and I can't quite put my finger on it, but it feels bad when people consider avoiding content for a sex combo they don't like in this game more than most games. Maybe it's just me, but I really don't like it, and I can't even tell you why.

Personally no but I suppose I can understand it more in this game than others. The author himself said the game is unapologetically bisexual in nature and players should expect to go in playing a character who is bisexual. As a gay man who enjoys porn based games I'm used to being forced into going to lots of straight porn to reach the gay stuff and this one has a lot more gay content than most so I don't really even blink at having to do it with this game. Especially since I enjoy the game so much.

That said I don't think it's realistic to expect players to read everything in a bisexual game and if the creator didn't allow of skipping it would probably limit his player base a lot, especially with straight players who almost always get the option to turn off gay content. I'm sure there are a lot of gay players like me who are just use to having to deal with content they're not interested in and would still play the game. I very much appreciate the author doing what almost no creator does and giving me the option to avoid straight content. It allows me to play the game the way I like.

I'm pretty sure the way I play the game would drive you mad, probably the author too. I largely treat it like a dating sim, I wanna romance the boys and if I happen to win at the end that's neat too. I skip a lot of the challenge stuff because I'm not into reading about sex scenes that involve women. I skip some of the gay challenges too because for some reason I don't really like reading about the guys I'm trying to seduce sleeping with other guys either. Am I weird? Probably, but it's how I enjoy the game.

I don't really mind how people play the game or what parts of it they enjoy. There's a lot of content in the game, and not every single one is going to please everyone. So play the way you want to play. I kept Mc's intentions pretty ambiguous in the beginning. He's not too competitive, he's not after romance, he's not plotting anything or involving himself in the drama, but based on the way you play, those things will change. So if you're playing it just like a dating sim, you might get with someone; you might get eliminated early in the process, but you'll leave with a partner lol.

I don't mind when people avoid things; the only thing that bothers me is when people get pissed off that not every single scene is unavoidable, even though I make that clear and I use the word bisexual in the description and the first page of the game multiple times. You would think seeing that word over and over again would drive people who are against seeing certain content away, but no, it doesn't. So they play the game and then get mad that there's all kinds of content in the game. And then they leave comments or ratings like your choices don't matter or you can't pick your partner, which are both false. Just looking at the scene guide will show you that your choices from previous episodes will affect which scenes you can see in the current episode. And it's not just the sex scene; who you align with and how you perform in the game are all based on your choices. And when it comes to partners, there are 3–4 different pairings per episode. So yeah, those kinds of comments are annoying, and I usually ignore them, but everything else, positive or constructive, I appreciate.

Gabe, i am a bit of a lurker in the discord, but I wanted to make one suggestion, some people really like drama and being a part of the action. You could consider (time willing of course), adding a few more choice options within the larger conversations (that don't really change who wins or anything just mostly to establish more of a personal connection to 'being' the character). Example with Sarah she's always going to feel the way she does about getting to know each other part, you could have the player have an option to make a couple dialogue choices (or stay silent) that have no consequences to the story.

So i finally got done playing the game and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the writing. A lot of times adult games and especially HTML games have very mediocre writing and dialogue. This game has fantastic writing, the characters are unique with distinct personalities and no characters seem interchangeable. Also the execution of the concept is pretty good, it does feel like a reality TV show and in particular with the ep4,the alliances, arguments regarding small things and voting of threats rather than poorly performing candidates make it very reminiscent of reality shows a I watched as a teen.

I only have 2 small complaints -
1. In the scene credits and guides it would be nice if the porn shoot scenes could also have the names of the characters involved like it did for ep3.
2. Make the porn scenes skippable like it is in ep3.

Also I feel I kinda started the topic of avoiding certain content in the game. I know the game is made with bisexual content in mind but I just wanted to know the content split. If it had more of content that I am not interested I would just move on. I understand that not every game is for me and that's ok.

I heard the first complaint a couple of times, so I will do that. And the second one will make replays much easier so I'll probably add that feature too.

As for the content split, I feel like you combine all the scenes a straight guy would enjoy (str8 porn, lesbian porn, and bi porn w two women one guy) and you combine all the scenes a gay guy would enjoy (gay porn, bisexual porn w two guys and one girl) they're pretty much equal. That's the balance I'm trying to keep with each update. As long as you are okay with the MC being bisexual and the chance of him ending up in a pairing that's not your taste for one or two challenges, there are like 30-40 scenes for you to enjoy.
