That's in the prologue. When you're in your room, you have to choose to ask Isla for fun stuff to do and she will recommend going to the club. That's where you get the option.

Is there any particular program you have to download to run this program for windows? When I extract the program I have the application, but when I click to open it nothing happens. So it makes me wonder if I don’t have a certain Java script or something like that to run the program. However, pretty much every other program runs. Tot, fem u, fem u 0, second class, under the witch… they all run with no problems, so idk what the problem is.

No, this is just a game in the Renpy engine, it shouldn't require any outside software. I would try re-extracting or downloading again.

If you right click > properties > unblock?
Sometimes, programs coming from another machine will be blocked by default.
If you don't see the "unblock" checkbox in "properties", the problem probably doesn't come from there.
